Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, vehicles must meet the following conditions:

• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was sold, without any additional damage or excessive wear and tear.
• All original documentation, including the receipt, warranty papers (if applicable), and V5C logbook, must be provided.
• Any accessories or extras included with the purchase must also be returned.

Non-Returnable Vehicles

The following vehicles are not eligible for return:

• Vehicles sold under specific terms as “sold as seen” or “clearance vehicles.”
• Vehicles that have been heavily modified after the purchase.
• Vehicles with engine faults, body damage, or issues caused during the buyer’s ownership period.

Timeframe for Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Beyond this period, vehicles are no longer eligible for return. Once a return is requested, the vehicle must be returned to our premises within 7 days of receiving approval for the return.

Fees and Deductions

• A restocking fee may apply to cover administrative and inspection costs. Restocking fees will be clearly communicated in advance.
• Costs arising from any necessary cleaning, repair, or replacement for missing items will be deducted from the refund.
• If the buyer has driven the vehicle beyond a specified mileage limit (communicated during the sale), an additional charge per mile may be applied.

Refund Process

Once the vehicle is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited through the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed. Please note that any applicable fees or deductions will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
